To involve parents in nursery life and their children's education

Parents are our customers, therefore we see the importance of their input into each aspect of the nursery.

We are committed to an ongoing dialogue with parents to improve our knowledge of the needs of their children through daily feedback, 6 monthly parents evenings, etc.

We welcome parental comments and will consult with you regularly about the service that we provide.

Parents are encouraged to contribute their own skills, knowledge and interests to the setting.

There are processes in place to find out parental needs and expectations. The management team continually evaluate the service we provide.

All parents have access to any written records held about their child and can access these upon request.

Our Parent representatives are Shanice Williams and Surina Mahli who work closely with all parents. They run a number of parent workshops and events throughout the year.
